What will happen in a Pilates class?

The class will focus on mat work and will begin with a few gentle stretches to relax and focus you. You will then move onto a series of Pilates exercises designed to challenge, strengthen and mobilise your body, leaving you lengthened, energised and yet relaxed.

In general I run group classes throughout the year during autumn, winter and spring. Should there be enough participants then a class may be run during the summer too and preferably outdoors, weather permitting.

For personal one-to-one training (or for couples) this can be arranged at anytime during the year and I will try to accommodate the best time and day of the week that suits you. These sessions will always be at my studio.
